IDENTITAS Corporation ("IDENTITAS", "we", "our", or "us") provides identity infrastructure solutions designed for financial institutions and enterprise environments. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with our website and business operations.

Important: This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the IDENTITAS website, business communications, and related operational workflows. It does not govern customer data processed by financial institutions or enterprise clients using IDENTITAS systems.

  • Communications submitted through email, contact forms, meeting requests, or other business correspondence.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, device information, and website interaction analytics.

IDENTITAS systems are architected such that biometric data is captured, processed, and evaluated exclusively within the device boundary. Biometric data is not transmitted to, stored in, or retained within any centralized or cloud-based systems operated or controlled by IDENTITAS. Processing is limited to ephemeral, in-memory operations, and the system is designed to prevent the creation of persistent biometric identifiers or templates outside the device.

2. Purpose of Processing

  • Respond to inquiries, evaluate partnership opportunities, and manage business relationships.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the IDENTITAS website and related business processes.
  • Assess commercial interest, support diligence workflows, and provide requested materials.
  • Comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.

IDENTITAS does not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers operating under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations, to regulatory authorities where required by law, or in connection with corporate restructuring, financing, acquisition, or similar business transactions.
